The Hunter and the Legacy.

After a disgraceful hunt, Alexander paced into the bar, his temper still held within his cool posture. He walked to a table situated in the far corner, his favorite spot. He ordered his usual soft drink and took out his book, flipping open the ancient tomb, he watched and waited for Dante as they had agreed.

Dante was a bit late than usual... and not easily amused by the outcome of a previous battle. Demon hunting was a dangerous messy nasty business. Even all the showers in the world couldn't wash their stink off of his skin. He spread his hands over the bar with a fresh new twenty dollar bill in hand, eyes locked on the counter. "The usual," he said, his hair tousled but still shiny in the lights of the club. A beautiful woman walked by and he didn't notice, so the typical wink went unblinked.
